Are there any age restrictions to ride and drive the ATV?
When it comes to riding and driving ATVs age is definitely a factor to consider. The minimum age requirement is 8 years old with child pricing applying to ages 8 to 11 years. But that's not all; there are other restrictions to keep in mind too. To ride an ATV you must be at least 4 ft (1.20 m) tall and weigh no more than 260 lbs (118Kg). Safety is paramount so expecting mothers and those with certain health conditions are restricted from participating. Additionally cameras GoPros or cellphones are not allowed on the course. These rules may seem strict but they ensure everyone on the ATV course can enjoy their ride safely.
Do I need a driver's license to drive the ATV?
If you're thinking about hopping onto an ATV and joining us for a Puerto Morelos ATV adventure there are a few things you need to know before you go. First and foremost you must be at least 18 years old to operate an ATV. Additionally you must also possess a valid driver's license. Keep in mind driver's permits won't get the job done - you must have a full-fledged license. These regulations may seem like a hassle but they exist for your safety and the safety of those around you. So if you want to enjoy some off-road adventure on an ATV be sure to have your license ready to go.
