- The minimum age for participation in our Puerto Morelos ATV & Cenote Adventure is 8 years old, and child pricing is applicable for ages 8 to 11.
- To participate, guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 4 feet (1.20 meters).
- There is a maximum weight limit of 260 lbs (118 kg).
- For safety reasons, the following guests are restricted from participating: expecting mothers and persons with back, neck, heart, balance, or dizziness conditions.
- Cameras and cellphones are prohibited during the activity for safety reasons.
- ATV drivers must be 18 years or older and must present a valid driver's license. Driver's permits are not accepted.
- Round-trip transportation is provided from select hotels exclusively for guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please consider additional travel time from your hotel to the ATV & Cenote tour, depending on your hotel’s location.
