Basic swimming skills are a must to fully enjoy the cenote experience. You should be comfortable swimming or floating wearing a lifejacket.

While we understand the importance of sun protection, we kindly ask that you refrain from using sunscreen. The chemicals in sunscreen can harm the delicate ecosystem of the Yucatan Jungle and the cenote waters. Instead, we recommend wearing sun-protective clothing to keep both yourself and the environment safe.

Yes, it's safe to swim in cenotes, especially when guided by knowledgeable professionals who understand the terrain. Cenotes offer a unique and refreshing swimming experience in their clear freshwater pools. Contact us if you have any concerns about safety.

The cenotes offer a varied experience in terms of depth. However, no need to worry, as you'll always have a life jacket, and our experienced guides will be there to accompany you throughout your adventure.

The water temperature typically averages a refreshing 24-25°C (77°F).

For your comfort and safety, we suggest wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and sturdy running shoes or water shoes. Expect to get completely wet during your cenote adventure, so don't forget to bring a towel and a dry change of clothes. Rest assured, we provide secure lockers at the base camp for your belongings.


For safety reasons, we do not allow cameras of any kind during the tour. We want to ensure that your hands are free and focused on the equipment.

While this adventure is geared towards adults due to its high activity level, children as young as 8 years old are welcome to join. Safety is our priority, and our experienced guides will ensure everyone has a fantastic and secure experience.

Yes. To operate an ATV, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Please note that learner's permits are not accepted.
