- The minimum age for the Riviera Maya ATV, Zipline & Underground Cenote is 8 years old , and child pricing applies to kids ages 8 to 11.
- The maximum weight limit is 260 lb.
- For safety reasons, expecting mothers and those with back, neck, heart, balance, or dizziness conditions are restricted from participating in this tour.
- Cameras are not allowed during the tour for your safety.
- ATV drivers must be 18 or older and present a valid driver's license. Driver's permits are not allowed.
- A Can-Am Outlander can accommodate either 1 or 2 passengers.
- Round-trip transportation is included from select hotels exclusively for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please consider additional traveling time from your hotel to this ATV, Zipline & Underground Cenote Tour, depending on your hotel’s location.

While we understand the importance of sun protection, we kindly ask that you refrain from using sunscreen. The chemicals in sunscreen can harm the delicate ecosystem of the Yucatan Jungle and the cenote waters. Instead, we recommend wearing sun-protective clothing to keep both yourself and the environment safe.

The cenotes offer a varied experience in terms of depth. However, no need to worry, as you'll always have a life jacket, and our experienced guides will be there to accompany you throughout your adventure.
The water temperature typically averages a refreshing 24-25°C (77°F).
For your comfort and safety, we suggest wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and sturdy running shoes or water shoes. Expect to get completely wet during your cenote adventure, so don't forget to bring a towel and a dry change of clothes. Rest assured, we provide secure lockers at the base camp for your belongings.
For safety reasons, we do not allow cameras of any kind during the tour. We want to ensure that your hands are free and focused on the equipment.
While this adventure is geared towards adults due to its high activity level, children as young as 8 years old are welcome to join. Safety is our priority, and our experienced guides will ensure everyone has a fantastic and secure experience.
