✅ RESERVATIONS ASSISTANT

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (completed or in progress).
• Experience in customer service and guest communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills for operational issues.
• Ability to prepare reports and follow up on cases.
• Knowledge of Cancun and Riviera Maya areas.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Advanced English required.

✅ ATV GUIDE

• Degree in Tourism or related field.
• Experience with ATV handling and working at heights.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Must know how to swim.
• Open to all genders.

✅ KITCHEN ASSISTANT

• Degree in Gastronomy or completed high school.
• Valid health card.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Experience in food production and preparation.
• Ability to handle kitchen tools and equipment.

✅ AUDITOR

• Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• Knowledge of process and warehouse auditing.
• Experience in asset control, inventory management, and income review.
• Ability to verify expenses in cost centers.
• SAP system proficiency required.

✅ ASSISTANT GUIDE

• Completed high school.
• Open to all genders.
• Preferably with experience in customer service or tourism activities.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards, guest service, and operational support.
• Teamwork skills.
• Basic English required.
