  • There is a maximum weight limit of 113 kg (250 lbs) for this experience.
  • Whale shark snorkeling is not recommended for expecting mothers, guests with limited mobility, or individuals with respiratory problems, injuries, back or neck issues, or heart conditions.
  • Guests who wish to participate must be relatively fit and able to swim.
  • Round-trip transportation is provided from select hotels exclusively for guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A $30 USD dock tax must be paid at the pier.
  • Please consider additional traveling time from your hotel to the pier of Whale Shark Experience tour, depending on your hotel’s location.
