- No, we recommend against using sunscreen during the tour. Sunscreen contains chemicals that can harm the fragile ecosystem of the cenotes. To protect the environment, we encourage the use of sun-protective clothing instead. 
- Yes, life jackets are mandatory at all times when you are in the water during this excursion. Your safety is our top priority, and the use of life jackets ensures a secure and enjoyable experience in the cenotes. 
- The depth of the Tulum cenotes varies greatly from one section to another. However, you will always be provided with a life jacket, and your guide will accompany you, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience regardless of the depth. 
- The average temperature of the Tulum cenotes' water is approximately 24-25°C (77°F). Rest assured; your experience will be comfortable as you explore the underground rivers with this mild and refreshing water temperature. 
- While it is possible to arrange wheelchair access, it is not recommended for this tour. The uneven and rocky terrain, along with areas without wheelchair ramps, may present challenges. We prioritize the safety and comfort of all participants, and the nature of the tour may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 
- No devices are permitted inside the cenote. 
 Non-professional cameras are permitted at the archaeological site of Tulum. However, an additional fee is required for video cameras, GoPros, tablets, and selfie sticks. The use of professional photography equipment is prohibited.
