The minimum age to board the yacht is 1 year, while the minimum age for participating in water activities during the tour is 8 years.

Please note that a dock tax of $10 USD will be applied, and it will be charged directly at the dock.

Reef access, for safety reasons, is subject to age restrictions (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.

Guests with limited mobility are advised against snorkeling.

Participation in water activities is not permitted for individuals with respiratory problems, heart conditions, or conditions that may result in loss of consciousness.

Round-trip transportation is included for guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance, exclusively from select hotels.

Please consider additional traveling time from your hotel to the pier of Cancun Yacht Charter, depending on your hotel’s location.
