Photos are emotions, captured forever in time
We want to ensure you have the perfect mementos from your experience, so if you didn't choose photos during your tour or want to add more to the ones you already have, our dedicated Photography team is here to assist you.
Simply send us an email to customerservice@cancun-adventure.com with the following information, and we'll take care of the rest:
- Your full name
- The name of the Tour you took
- Your Tour date
- Ticket number (if you already purchased some photos)
- The email you gave our photographer upon purchase
Please expect our reply within the next 24 hours. Thank you so much for choosing Cancun Adventures! We are very happy to have been part of your vacation in Cancun.
Photos will only be stored for six months after the tour date, so if you'd like to buy some or add more to your first package, please be sure to do so within the next few months after your tour.
Our photography team uses the email address customerservice@cancun-adventure.com to send a link to your photos. If you don't see it in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder or any other alternate folders you might have.
If you received our email but couldn't download your photos, it might be due to the loading time (sometimes, the photo files can take up to 48 hours to upload). Please revisit the link one or two days later and try downloading them again.
