The following policies apply only to reservations made through our website www.cancun-adventure.com.
More than 48 Hours Before Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there's a 10% charge for administrative expenses.
Less than 48 Hours Before Tour or No-Show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour date, arrive late, or don't show, no refunds or changes are allowed.
Changes to reservations or cancellations must be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling toll-free from the United States or Canada at 1-866-854-3460, or from Mexico at +52 984-206-5601.
Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled, up to the day of cruise arrival.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Cancun Adventures’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours.
A 12% fee will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.
All prices are quoted in US dollars but charges will be made to your credit card in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank exchange rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects the published dollar price.
Cancun-Adventure.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card number and other sensitive information when you book online.
This process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information and it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, the person who made the purchase must present their credit card and personal identification at the time of check-in.
If the cardholder cannot be present, a copy of their credit card (both sides) and their identification must be sent by email to email@example.com, at least 24 hours prior the tour.
