- The minimum age for participation in our Cancun Cenotes & Snorkeling tour is 6 years old, and child pricing is applicable to guests aged 6 to 11.
- This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Guests who wish to participate must be relatively fit and able to swim.
- For safety reasons, we strongly advise against taking part in any snorkel activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that could lead to loss of consciousness.
- Round-trip transportation is provided from select hotels exclusively for our guests who make tour bookings at least 24 hours in advance.
